first time and it was for a consultation. i got the braces the same day and the staff were very welcoming and patient. amazing experience from this place and i love coming here.

My kids are just finishing up their treatment and we have been very happy with everything about the process. The staff at the Rochester location are very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff explain what the process will be for every appointment with my kids so they know what to expect and what they will be responsible for at home to aid in their treatment. They offer a payment plan to fit anyone's needs and it was interest free which made it even more affordable for those who can not afford to pay for their entire treatment up front.
