Dr. Jen, Dr. Andre and staff are wonderful. They take extra care with their patients and provide quick results with their treatment plans. We can always fit in a last minute adjustment appointment too.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with our orthodontist. From the very first visit, the entire team made us feel comfortable and well‑informed. The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive always taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer any questions. The office is clean, modern, and efficiently run, which makes every appointment smooth and stress‑free. All 3 of my daughters have been patients at Reynolds Orthodontics. I’ve been pleased with the result for all. Their teeth look beautiful. Everybody is professional and kind.
The staff is always so kind and efficient and we rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. Overall we've had a fantastic experience with all 3 of my kids.
I really think that the place is very cozy and I really like the layout. Just tiny little spaces and details make the most out of it. Your fish tank is also very cool.
Reynolds Orthodontics is great. When you walk in, everyone is super nice, and the building itself is so clean and welcoming. They keep you well informed on your progress as well as giving you rewards through the points system.
My kids are just finishing up their treatment and we have been very happy with everything about the process. The staff at the Rochester location are very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff explain what the process will be for every appointment with my kids so they know what to expect and what they will be responsible for at home to aid in their treatment. They offer a payment plan to fit anyone's needs and it was interest free which made it even more affordable for those who can not afford to pay for their entire treatment up front.
